

9) Introducing the Director Communications of the National Transformation Alliance and Member of the National Governance Team, Mr. Errol Fabien.
Mr. Fabien is an Actor, Writer, Producer, Director for stage, radio and television, and a Media Manager.
The Director Communications is responsible for ensuring the NTA’s vision, mission and policies align strategically with the NTA’s corporate identity and
brand ethos to effectively connect with the NTA’s target audiences.

1) Introducing one of the Deputy Political Leaders of the National Transformation Alliance, Mrs. Lorraine Pouchet.
Mrs. Pouchet has operated in the T&T Tourism sector for more than 35 years. She has served on the Standing Committee for Policy Development of Sustainable Tourism, the Chair of the National Carnival Commission andBoard Member of NEDCO and TTCSI, among others. Mrs. Pouchet is also a certified Original Pain Therapist and Trauma Counselor, specialising in workshops on inner healing, personal growth and self-development.
The Deputy Political Leader is the second in command, after the Political Leader and a member of the National Governance Team.

2) Introducing our newest Deputy Political Leader and Coordinator Central of the National Transformation Alliance, Lieutenant Commander Norman Dindial.
Lt. Commander Dindial is a Military/Coast Guard career officer, with over 26 years experience in joint and inter-agency lead operations focusing on drug interdiction, migration, border control, illicit trafficking of persons, weapons and narcotics. He has considerable experience in education and training, strategic planning and HR, organizational development and restructuring. He is competent in oil spill response, fisheries conservation, exclusive economic zone protection and coastal zone management.

8) Introducing the Director Gender, Diversity and Inclusion of the National Transformation Alliance, Mr. Ronald John.
Mr. John is a psychologist and training specialist with a proven ability to proactively identify and resolve crisis and mitigate risk. He is a philanthropist facilitating humanitarian support to several NGOs, government, the corporate sector and educational institutions including the most vulnerable in society.
The Director Gender, Diversity and Inclusion is a member of the National Governance Team with responsibility for ensuring all organs of the NTA operate with a consistent approach of respect, sensitivity, and inclusivity.

7) Introducing the Coordinator Southeast of the National Transformation Alliance, Mrs. Christine Newallo-Hosein.
Mrs. Newallo-Hosein is the former Member of Parliament for Cumuto/Manzanilla in the 11th Parliament and served as a Senator and Minister of the People and Social Development during the 10th Parliament. Mrs. Newallo-Hosein also served as Special Advisor to Ministers of State in the ministries of Trade and Industry, Tourism and Housing and the Environment as well as an advisor to the Prime Minister.

4) Introducing the General Secretary of the National Transformation Alliance, Mr. Timothy Teemal.
Mr. Teemal is an author, screenwriter, television producer and content consultant with several film and literary works in his portfolio.
The General Secretary is a member of the National Governance Team with responsibility for overseeing the operations of the Party’s National Secretariat, administrative functions and coordinating the activities and operations of the Party and of all employees of the Party at constituency, regional, overseas and national levels.

6) Introducing the Coordinator Northwest of the National Transformation Alliance, Mr. Paul-Daniel Nahous.
Mr. Nahous is a certified anti-terrorism, law enforcement and security professional, as well as a trained SWAT Sniper leader. He has served as an Alderman and Chairman of Disaster Preparedness and Response, Security and Environmental Management in the Diego Martin Regional Corporation.
The Coordinator Northwest is a member of the National Governance Team with responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with communities, residents and organizations to achieve shared goals and coordinates logistics for in-person and/or virtual meetings and events.

5) Introducing the Coordinator East of the National Transformation Alliance, Mr. Insaf Enightoola MCGI.
Mr. Enightoola is a business owner, architectural designer, construction manager, consultant and lecturer with expertise in design and drafting services for structural, plumbing and electrical projects.
The Coordinator East is a member of the National Governance Team with responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with communities, residents and organizations to achieve shared goals and coordinates logistics for in-person and/or virtual meetings and events.

3 Introducing our newest Deputy Political Leader of the National Transformation Alliance, Dr. Kevin Sarran.
Dr. Sarran is a medical doctor with over 10 years of experience in surgery. He is a sports enthusiast with an interest in community service and charitable events. Additionally, he is a business owner and the head of NTA’s Digital Implementation Team.
The Deputy Political Leader is the second in command, after the Political Leader and a member of the National Governance Team.


10) Introducing the Director National Service and Citizen Participation of the National Transformation Alliance, Retired Major Dirk Barnes.
Dirk Barnes is a Retired Major Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force, Former Battalion Commanding Officer and an Information Technology professional with business operations in security and asset recovery services.
The Director National Service and Citizen Participation is a member of the National Governance Team with responsibility for fostering an enabling environment for the promotion of national service as well as to encourage citizen participation in all aspects of national transformation.

11) Joan Byrne has been in private practice as an Attorney at law for 35 years. Her Practice is Family Law based and also Civil and Probate matters. She is a mother of three sons, and is married to Adrian Byrne who is a partner in their firm of Byrne and Byrne.
Director, Legal supports the creation and management of the NTA Legal team, provides legal advice, interpretation, and guidance to Team members and represents the NTA in the public domain on related matters with a legal perspective.

12) Introducing the Representative – Senior Advisory Council of the National Transformation Alliance, Mr. Ghassan Youseph.
Mr. Youseph is an accomplished businessman who made Trinidad and Tobago his home in 1970. He served as Mayor of the Royal Chartered Borough of Arima from 2010 to 2013 and continues to work avidly for the betterment of the Borough.
The NTA recognizes the immense contribution of leaders within the national community who have served in various roles. As such, the NTA’s Senior Advisory Council welcomes various leaders, advisors and persons who would have contributed to national development and are willing to serve in an advisory role, with a representative of said Council resident on the National Governance Team.
